OUR HISTORY
In 1996, my wife, Stefani, and I purchased our first rental property in Oklahoma City. We went on to buy, renovate, lease, and manage single-family homes and small apartment properties.
Those early properties taught us lessons no textbook could. We experienced how vacancy affects cash flow, how repair decisions can protect or weaken a property, and how resident relationships influence the entire ownership experience.
In 2006, Stefani and I shared what we had learned in our book, Weekend Warriors Guide to Real Estate.
By 2011, that firsthand experience had developed into OKC Home Realty Services, LLC, a licensed, locally owned property management company serving the Oklahoma City metro.
What started with one rental has grown into a local team responsible for property management, operations, maintenance coordination, resident communication, and owner support. We have grown, but I still expect us to manage each home with the practical care and accountability an owner would want.

I’m Scott Nachatilo, the owner of OKC Home Realty Services and a longtime Oklahoma City real estate investor.
Because I have owned rental property myself, my guidance is grounded in the same decisions other owners face: pricing, repairs, vacancy, applicant selection, cash flow, risk, and long-term property condition.
I lead our company with a straightforward principle: owners deserve honest information, even when the most responsible recommendation is not the easiest one to hear.
